Depression (major depressive disorder) is a mood disorder that causes a person to lose the ability to do anything proactive. It can cause a disconnect from your social life. These symptoms don’t just affect the mind alone, it can also affect other areas of the body. You may feel your’e alone when your’e not and there are people to help you. Nobody is alone when it comes to depression. Depression can happen at any age and symptoms often begin in the teens or early 20s. Depression is common, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t serious.
